I thoroughly enjoyed reading "The White Russian Caper" by Phyllis Entis, the second book in the Damien Dickens mystery series. And one can only hope that children absorb the message that too much of a good thing is, well, too much. Almost every person I know has had a loss of some kind. This book has rekindled my love of training and I've since acquired 2 more Ellington Darden books. The plot is well woven and I couldn't guess the end (man, I hate when that happens. I walked back to my pensao without exchanging, only to find they did not accept credit cards. This book dispels the myths about physics progressing by pure thought, and shows that following Einstein's dream is an entirely bad idea. This information is very welcome for a region that has comparatively little ornithological knowledge available. We started out coloring paper ornaments then went on to make or collect our own. This work provides a wonderful education in the devotions and life of the Church (especially before the changes). It was my impression that in the real world, when a police officer shoots and kills someone (even a criminal), they're put on administrative leave pending a hearing, in this book Kearny and Phelps run around with an Armalite and riot shotgun in their trunk, and pull them out at the drop of a hat.
